CBDT Extends the due date for ITR Filing till 31 August 2018

Amid the hustle and bustle of the ITR Filing last date rush, a sudden moment of extreme relaxation has arisen among the taxpayers.

The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has postponed the deadline for Income Tax Returns filing from July 31, 2018, to August 31, 2018, for certain special categories of tax assessees. The Ministry of Finance has recently tweeted in this respect-
