How will the government get supplies for ventilators?
The government will procure supplies of the ventilator from the manufacturers on the Government e-Marketplace. Proudly, the Indian manufacturers having GeM registration supply the much-needed ventilator to the concerned Government department.
How can manufacturers supply the ventilators?
All the Indian manufacturers and suppliers of the ventilator must have a GeM registration for this. Besides, they also need to specify the Country of origin while listing their product on the GeM portal.
Likewise, India has also become the world’s 2nd largest manufacturer of PPE kits.
