Income Tax Benefits Available On Housing Loan
Deduction or Inference under section 24(b)

- b) If Capital is rented on or later than 01-04-1999 for the motive of repairing or renewal of home possession.

Inference under Section 80C
- A) Interference under this section 80C is obtainable on refund of the principal sum of home loan.
