Due Date for GSTR-3B filing extended due to technical glitches
Though the process of GST return filing procedure has been so far seamless and foolproof, the chances of technical faults do exist. This validates that GST registration is still an ongoing process and is in mid-way of perfection. In this respect, the GST department has extended the due date for filing of GSTR-3B for the month of April 2018, from 20th May 2018 to 22nd May 2018.
This has come in the wake of continuous technical hitches that the taxpayers are facing while filing their GSTR-3B returns. Central Board of Indirect taxes and Customs (CBIC) has tweeted in this regard-
This has come as a relief for all those who have gone through the technical errors and have not been able to complete the GST Return Filing process as yet.
