Obtaining a food licence is one of the most important procedures for launching a food business, according to the requirements of the Food Safety and Standard Authority of India (FSSAI). Once your FSSAI Registration is complete, you can launch your firm with no restrictions and no legal issues.

That’s not all, though. FSSAI compliances and the filing of yearly returns are equally necessary to follow, according to the FSS (Licensing and Registration) Regulations, 2011.
